II. Abstract:
In this article, we shall briefly introduce our concept of God. The True L.I.G.H.T. Institute of Science and Religion has as its prime objective the unification of both Science and Religion. Currently, Science refers to the study of objective reality amicable to our five physical senses gauged to Energy in our observable Universe; while Religion refers to the study or understanding of non-objective reality linked to an inner but still human set of five senses. In the course of our research thus far, we would like to refer to these other five senses as spiritual senses since they are gauged to internal Energy beyond our Observable Universe. Now if we conceive of man from a holistic perspective as Physical and Spiritual then a sixth sense would be needed gauged to holonymy of Energy as the WORD MADE FLESH. This 6th Sense would serve as a wormhole linking the flow of Energy between the two Universes. We hypothesize this 6th sense is also connected to a 7th Sense representing the Rest Place of God our Heavenly parents
In this way, we conceive of human beings originally possessing a total of 10 sense organs individually, 5 outer and 5 inner if we are only concerned about environmental form factors. Remember the five senses gauges the inner and outer environment separately. There would still be a need for a 6th sense to interconnect the inner and outer as one. We can refer to this 6th sense as man's number. In Gen 2:7 we are told Adam became a living SOUL by the power of God's Breath. So, if we include MAN as the life factor in Creation, then Man as a microcosm would be represented by a total of 12 sense organs, 6 outer and 6 inner. Of course, when considering the union of Adam and Eve being created in the image of God (Gen 1:27), this would mean that in perfection we should possess 24 sense organs. Thus, when Religion refers to God as Love we envision them referring to a quality of energy seeking to unify everything back together as One Flesh, representing a unified body with 24 sense organs. This is the quintessence of our view of Man as a child of God.
Finally, if we want to include the factor of True Love then we would need a 7th sense organ linking both Man and Woman to the Source Energy of Life which is God's Love. It is for this reason we are told in the Holy Bible "God is Love" I John 4:16. Thus, for humankind to be sensitive to the True Love of God our Heavenly Parents, they would need 14 sense organs from God's viewpoint, 7 outer and 7 inner. Godism refers to this as spiritual maturity reaching the TOP of the GROWTH STAGE together as Husband and Wife. Of course, this is impossible outside of an Ideal Family lifestyle of living for the sake of others. So in Principle, we view God as the Source of Total Energy. They exist beyond Space and Time as the Eternal Power Source of True Love.
To simplify this even further we prefer using the word "Heavenly Parents" to the word "God". In our modern society the word "God" has been misused and distorted to the point of being inconceivably confusing. But "Heavenly Parent" is clear and simple. It means the invisible internal "Source Energy" of All Reality. This definition is amicable for both Science and Religion and thus is the Vision of our Institution. We want to introduce Heavenly Parent's F.A.C.E. to humankind as the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind, as mentioned in Rev 22:1-5. Prior to the 21st Century, there was no visible image of God besides the Lord Jesus Christ mentioned in the New Testament Age Bible. But even he only manifested the image of "God the Son". Only with the teaching of Godism and the victorious lifestyle of Rev Dr. Sun Myunng Moon and Dr Hak-Ja Han Moon have we come to see the face of God as our True Parents. This is the unique benefit of Scientific Godism as a Theory of Everything. We explain scientifically how everything can become unified as One Family under God centered on the Ideal of True Love.

"The final destination of philosophy is to find God. What God? The God who is absolute, unique and unchanging. But most of all He must be a personal God, because this is the kind of God that human beings need. In order to relate to us, God has to be a personal God who shares all our thoughts, ideals and desires, including both internal and external aspects. He has to be the One who can relate with us deeply in all dimensions—emotional, volitional and intellectual. Unless He can form a complete relationship with us, even though He exists He would really have nothing to do with us. From the perspective that God has to be a personal God, philosophers have been ignoring the most essential meaning of God."

"1. And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manners of fruits, and yielded her fruit every † † month: and the leaves of the tree (lifestyle of human being) were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more † curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it (referring to the presence of True Parents on Earth); and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face (they shall see the Final Avatar of Christ Energy as True Parents), and his name shall be in their foreheads ( the name of Jesus' God is Heavenly Parents). And there shall be no night there (since everyone will become enlightened to the Truth of Heavenly Parent's face), and they need no candle, † neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign forever and ever (referring to the Eternal Kingdom of Heavenly Parents on Planet Earth)." Rev 22:1-5
